Our story

Hi, I’m Ashlee. My passion is sharing nature’s beauty with the world. My love for gardening and design led me to start a farmer-florist business in 2021. At that time, it was an experimental side-hustle, where I tried my hand at workshops, pop-ups, bouquet subscriptions, and floral design. I found my calling in wedding and event florals, which has been my focus since going full-time in late 2024. What an honor it has been to design weddings and events this past year, incorporating touches of seasonal, Posy Plot grown flowers into almost all of them. I’ve been blessed to work with the kindest couples who’ve shared stunning visions and given me the freedom to make them as unique as their own love stories.
